Women's Full Day Retreat, What to Expect:
Cultivated out of passion for the gathering of women, movement and expressive creativity, Gina and friends open their hearts to this full day retreat so you can safely open yours. Retreats are so beneficial because they allow us time and space to peel back layers and reach places we may not be able to reach on a typical day or may consciously or unconsciously hide from ourselves or the world. Gently tapping into these places helps us individually and collectively release, renew and heal.
We are SO excited to host you beautiful women in a sacred way. Thank you for showing up for YOU.
The day includes: Opening circle, all-levels yoga with Gina, farm-to-table organic lunch, writing workshop with Noël, art workshop with Hilary, free-form dance with Rebecca Rose and a closing circle (PLUS some extra surprises) See below for the host bios

Play with your creative side as Hilary guides you to transforming your written reflection and ideas into art.
DANCE
Rebecca Rose welcomes you wholeheartedly to drop in, deeply listen, and move in reverent relationship with your inner guidance through her free form dance facilitation. All parts of you welcome.
