Family Mini-Retreat, What to Expect:
The Family Mini-Retreat was created with the thought that we could offer kids more healing benefits than they are usually exposed to, while also building community and having social interaction. Additionally, my hope is to give PARENTS a chance to receive these experiences, as it is just as, if not more, important for them. Yoga, breath work, meditation, sound, mindfulness, dance, play and community will help regulate the nervous system and create balance and a stress-free environment for our body, mind and soul.
Please let me know if you have any questions! I'm excited to hold space for your family.

Five-Day Farm & Yoga Retreat, What to Expect:
Our Farm & Yoga Retreat offers a relaxing escape into nature where you can connect with the earth and yourself. Experience daily yoga sessions, nourish your body with farm-to-table meals, get your hands in the soil to harvest your own meals and unwind in a peaceful environment. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, the retreat provides a supportive space to deepen your practice and restore your mental and physical well-being. You will leave feeling refreshed, revitalized, and centered.
Your retreat experience will include daily yoga and movement sessions, with Gina blending various modalities such as mobility and Chi Gong into her classes to create a well-rounded practice. Throughout the weekend, Gina’s friends—skilled practitioners in their own fields—will offer additional workshops to enrich the experience (TBD). David will lead guests on excursions through the farm’s expansive gardens, where they’ll learn about sustainable practices and participate in hands-on activities. From harvesting ingredients for dinner to collecting eggs for breakfast, guests will be invited to engage in seasonal farm chores and discover the rhythms of farm life.
Meals will be served buffet-style, with communal breakfasts and dinners to nourish the group. For lunch, guests will have the opportunity to explore local cafés and seafood spots during their free time. Each weekend begins and ends with an opening and closing circle, allowing everyone to connect, set intentions, and reflect on the journey together. Additional therapeutic activities such as art, journaling, and music will be woven into the retreat, offering creative outlets and deeper self-reflection.
Guests have access to to the whole farm and indoor communal area with couches, board games, coffee and tea and private full bathroom. Additionally there will be an outdoor toilet and shower.
Throughout the weekend, you'll be lulled to sleep and awakened by the soothing sounds of nature—whether it's the flowing stream or river, the deer grazing on the grass, or the chorus of birdsong. This retreat offers a peaceful escape, connecting you deeply with nature, the farm, and yourself.

About Andes
Andes (like the Mountains) is the wild and free, barefoot and vibrant energy of Root To Rise Farm. As the beloved daughter of Gina and David, her spirit not only brought the couple together (ask us about the story!) but also inspired them to pursue their dreams with greater urgency. Born into a life of adventure, Andes has attended several retreats—both inside and outside the womb—captivating everyone she meets with her charm and joy. In her short life so far, she’s lived on four different farms, always by her mama’s side, helping to teach yoga at each location. Social, kind, funny, and always willing to lend a hand, Andes is a truly special and impactful part of the farm's heart. When she's not engaging in lively conversations about your pets or kids, you can find her cuddling her two barn cats, Hawk and Rose, or exploring the wonders of farm life.
